I'm back... Maybe

Sorry about no posts, I've been sick and now and overwhelmingly busy and not quite sure when it's going to slow down. /:

This past weekend the three older kids all got to go to Utah and spend some time with family. They had so much fun, they were sad to have to come home. This picture is of the kids getting ready to leave home to head there.

Owen flew them to Beaver where they met Grandpa Jeff to take them the rest of the way. BO got to fly the majority of the time and brags to all who will listen! (;

I went to his Parent teacher conference while he was gone on Thursday evening and his teacher told me that he told her that he flies helicopters and airplanes. When she corrects him and says, "you mean you get to fly IN them?" and he says, "NO, I fly them!" lol What a cocky little stinker!

27!!!

Well, yesterday was my 27th birthday. I have to say, it was the best birthday! I truly am blessed with all the loving friends and family that I have that called, sent texts, e-mailed or facebooked me all their well wishes. I loved all the little messages! (:

Things I did or that were done for me...

BO cleaned his closet perfectly and organized it VERY well.

The kids and Owen sang "Happy Birthday" to me.

Owen, Kodi and Tylar took me to breakfast.

Owen gave me a pair of sewing scissors and a really funny card.

My friend Kelly brought me some treats.

My two other friends Rebecca and Nicole brought me cake and lunch (shrimp pasta)mmmm.

My scale told me I met my weight goal... I'm still shocked from that! ;)

Owen took me to dinner.

The kids and Owen surprised me with homemade cards and new couches!

We went to BO's soccer game and he won!

Owen and I watched "Thor" on the new couches.

My day really was perfect. Thank you everyone! (:

The Bus...

So, Rylee and BO are obsessed with buses! Rylee finely gets to ride one Monday-Thursday for her after school school. Now BO bugs me everyday to ride one too. I feel bad, cause he cant and there isn't anything I can do about it except tell Rylee not to rub it in! (; I know in about a month they will be going on a field trip that requires the bus, but until then, I get to hear him cry about wanting to ride in it! What the heck is the big deal with buses anyway? It's just a really big over sized yellow van! (;

Fun weekend....

(I cannot edit any of my blog or move any of my pictures, so it is what it is, sorry!)

This past weekend Owens Mom Sheila, his brother Bridger and our three nieces Alora, Elena and Joclyn and our nephew Haydon came to visit us. It is always so nice to see family, especially when we have so much fun together. We went to the lake on Friday and on Saturday we went to the "Out of Africa" wildlife reserve. It's located in Camp Verde, Arizona almost three hours away from where we live. I thought it was way worth the trip and the cost. The kids got to get up close and personal with a tiger by feeding in steak. They got to pet a HUGE raticulated pythyon. They even got to pet and feed a camel and giraffe on the 40 minute safari ride. I was very impressed with all the interaction. (:

This hyena was one of two in the park. We were suppose to watch a bear swim show but it got switched to the hyena swim show. It still want all that bad. They showed how and why they laugh and the same for why they "moo" like a cow. Really they do! (: They got in the water and played around a bit too.

This tiger was one of I think 14 tigers in the zoo. This one was the least visible and active... Still more then I've seen at other zoo's.

This tiger just sat like this watching everyone walk by. Probably thinking, "to skinny, to fast, to small, to big.....!" lol

This bear was one of two in the park. He was giving himself a nice back scratch on the fence.

Here is our niece Joclyn petting the giraffe on the safari ride. I think the giraffe would hive climbed in the bus if he would have fit!

Here is Rylee and our niece Elena feeding the giraffe.

The crazy bus driver giving the camel a kiss. I think Tylar was looking at him like he was nuts! YUCK!

Tylar making faces at me for taking pictures of her. What a stinker!

A tiger on it's perch... All the cats in the park at some point of the day were up there.

BO chillin with Tylar in her stroller.

Such a beautiful cat! (:

If you are in the area of this park, I highly recommend it especially if you haven't ever gone before! (: We missed some of the shows, but I believe they do 2-4 different shows a day and the petting snake thing was included and the 40 minute safari was included in the entrance fee. Feeding the tiger was $5 for two kids, but the kids thought it was the coolest thing in the entire world. The best time to hit this park is September on. I believe it is 1/2 price and it's not hot as hell out side either! (: Oh.... They do have other animals at the park like lions and rinos and such.

Kodi wanted to go outside and play and I said it was raining and that she couldn't go out cause she would get wet. She walked away and came back like this and said that she wouldn't get went now! Clever, clever, clever! (:

Boy time...

This is Brad, Owen and BO watching a football game. BO snuck up stairs to get some "guy time"! How could I resist? (:

A week ago we headed to St. George to spend some time with Jana and her family. We all had a relaxing time. Shopping, golfing, eating out and just hanging out is just what I needed... If only it lasted longer. We went to dinner Saturday night with Mike and Heidi, Heidi's friend Heather (all from Vegas) and Clint that lives here with us and of course Jana and Brad joined us too. MMM... Such good food we ate too! (:

Last weekend hunt trip Sep 9,10 &11th

The night we got to our camp and set up and got the kids in bed, Ty threw up all over 11 times... It just kept on coming! So the entire weekend was not very fun with her being cranky and it being a little chilly. Still had fun, just at some points I was ready to pull my hair out!

Owen swinging Tylar in the hammock.

BO practicing shooting his bow. He's pretty good with it! (:

Ty in her cage! (: The kids would all pile in and play with her and feed her. I really liked it cause I didn't have to worry about where and what Tylar was doing.

The kids digging the trench and using the trees as umbrellas.

The kids playing "house". Funny!!!
