Yummy!
nutty, chocolaty, oaty and soft cookie (not entirely sure what to call these *a little help please!) By:Brianna Park
¾ c applesauce
1 c packed brown sugar
½ c Stevia
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1½ c wheat flour
1½ c rolled oats
½ c finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4-1/3 bag of small semi sweet chocolate chips or chopped up regular semi sweet c. chips
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together applesauce, brown sugar, Stevia, baking powder, baking soda, ¼ tsp salt and cinnamon with an electric mixer until combined. Scrape sides of bowl. Beat in the egg whites and vanilla. Beat in as much of the flour as you can. Stir in remaining flour. Stir in rolled oats, walnuts or pecans and the chocolate chips.
Make dough into about 1-2 inch round balls or use a cookies scoop. Place dough about 2 inches apart from one another on a cookie sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until edges are a light brown color. Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minute. Place on a wire cooling rack until ready to eat.
Enjoy, yum! (:

Update...
Nice right?!? I think it is 50 times better, brighter and happier then the before. I am proud to say I did 90% of the work myself too. Bridger installed the fan (since there wasn't even a light fixture or anything electrical on the ceiling) and Owen did the bead board and the chair railing. I did the wall paper removal, curtain removal, texturing, painting, decorating and then put shelves in the closet for the kids million books!

Happy 5th Birthday BO!!!
Slip n slide... I think the slip in slide was the best part (aside from the water balloons).
BO's birthday candles were the trick ones and he thought it was hilarious that the candles kept re lighting, they went forever!!!
