The start of favotites... JERKY

If I dont have things to post, I am going to start adding posts about my current favorite things... Just for the sake of a post!

I know what you are thinking... That looks disgusting! But to correct you, that looks yummy (once it's cooked, hehehehehe)

This my friends is jerky marinating! It is oh so yummy and so dang easy to make!

I can honestly say that despite the nastiness of handling raw meat, it is one of my favorite things to make, with my dehydrator of course! (;
